We went to the Rabbit Farm Easter week and I would strongly recommend you seriously consider before paying for a pony ride. Whilst my 4 year old granddaughter was being led around the paddock the horse was spooked, bolted and threw her. She is now traumatised and terrified of horses and it will take a long time for her confidence in horses to be regained, if ever. The sign at the entrance to the paddock stated: Ages between 2-16 and Rider only to enter with staff member. Unfortunately, the staff member leading her appeared to be unable to handle the situation, including knowing what procedure to follow post accident. I would also add that being her nanny and seeing her thrown into the air, she is not the only one traumatised.

Wouldn't recommend first parking is shocking everyone was parked stupidly or blocking people in.. and also some of the animals locked up was just heart breaking especially the 2 young calves. Which could of been for good reason but no one seemed to be around to give any information about the state of some of these or why these 2 were locked in a dark tiny stable.. the pony had no grass in the feild so whether it gets moved or not I don't no or removing from colic just would of been good to have the farmer/owner around to maybe get the right information
