One heck of a place like aeroplane hanger

Bought a container and they were very responsive before I bought it. I sent pictures of where it was to be placed to help the driver but none was passed on. When it was delivered it was just slid off the back of a lorry, no hiab at all!! Smashed into a wall and was hanging half on the lorry back and half over a field!! Had to call the farmer to bring his tractor to push it back onto lorry back and keep it there while the driver unloaded it. I took photos of what happened and the damage and sent to Jane the woman I was conversing with and she never responded. The driver told me the container came without a key and the lock never worked and that he will come back with silicone to repair the damage. A week later I went to see if work was done and it wasn't and after putting a few items in there and shutting the shutters, I found the container had locked, so I rang Jane and she never answered, I rang later and the call went to answer machine, I rang the office told them what went on and they just said that they will collect and refund. I told them I want the lock fixed so I can get In and the woman said she would ring me back after talking to the driver and I have not heard from them since.. Awful service if I wasn't desperate to use it and if I didn't have items in there I would of sent it back.. I didn't even want to give them 1 star.. Awful service AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

I've given it 5 stars mostly because of the lovely drive to get there - especially if you go over the mountain pass from Llanddewi Brefi direction. Not 100% sure what they do there but I know they make horse carts and the ones I've seen trotting around look amazing. They also seem to fix lorries. They look very professional.
