        We had a fantastic day. Not without incident as there were some issues with the train on the return journey. Despite the delays, the staff and volunteers kept us fully informed of what was going on. We travelled on the Snowdonia Star and experienced views you wouldn't see otherwise. Would fully recommend.

        Went on the train from Porthmadog to caernarfon which was Fantastic. As there was an accident on the up train we had to come back to poethmadog by bus however they were very quick in organising the coaches, and we were given a full refund. It was all handled very good

        I used to cycle along this track 30 years ago before the Welsh Highland Railway was built. Travelling on the train brought back happy memories.
