        Booked this lodge as our first Christmas away from home and just WOW!! It is amazing here, we had high expectations but this went way above anything we could have hoped for. Very well kept and perfectly equipped even to make the perfect Christmas dinner. Couldnt ask for a better host either thanks Pete. Will definitely be coming back next year.

        We had the best time in this amazing lodge. From going down the drive on arrival to leaving after a week we couldn't fault anything. A perfect place to escape a busy life. The animals were a real bonus, wanted to bring Larry the donkey home. We loved it so much we rebooked while we were still there.
