Ordered the hearth from Berwyn after they were recommended to me. Very pleased with the hearth, dimensions were spot on to my sketch, and the price was very competitive. Great help and advice from Charis. The hearth was well packed for delivery to an alternate address and within the time scale given.

Brilliant service from start to Finnish. They go above and beyond, my slate harth and back of fire are brilliant. The guys at the quarry were fantastic and helpful.

1st class service Purchased a hearth for a wood burner Cheris's customer orientation was excellent offering technical information and detailed knowledge of available products which helped to me to make the correct decision when choosing from the range if products. Would recommend a visit to Swansea main office to see sample products and discuss varios type and options on finished product. Delivery was on scheduled and without any issues, product was well package.

Wow! I ordered a slate hearth and sides for my new electric fire. Really large pieces with a smooth finish and minimal chamfers and the product I got was absolutely spectacular. It was not only beautifully finished and a beautiful bit of slate in and of itself with very minimal inconsistencies or fault lines etc. but also it was shipped so well and so protected so that it wouldve been impossible for it to be damaged on route. The even the driver at the end helped me move it into the garage which delivery drivers dont always do that especially not if its 190 lbs of weight. you do obviously pay for this (its 110 delivery normally) but with hindsight its worth that. I just ordered another 1400 worth of windowsills with this company because they were so good so you can feel confident of that.
