Very, very poor sadly. They advised we put our pet down about 6 years ago, since then we have seen a huge improvement in her. At the time we didn't question the vets but since then the service at the vets has become far less professional, seeing the same vet is impossible, poor management as well mistakes with prescriptions/drugs. In addition they only stick to the regulations when and if it suits them. The icing on the cake was that they asked my to call in for a check up (this should be done each year for controlled drugs - but had not been done for 3-4 years) then during check up without asking took bloods and charged me 150 for the privilege. My advice, stay away and find a better vets

Excellent service for my elderly moggy, he needed vaccination and a checkup. Vet and service from reception were 5*. Prices have risen but not to much .
