I instructed Rachel Hodges to carry out the conveyancing process for my recent property purchase having first looked at numerous alternative solicitors and conveyancers advertising their services on line. It is, in my view, crucial to find the right person to represent your best interests whilst you go through the buying and selling process which to be honest can be extremely stressful. I have to say that I am very glad I made the decision to engage Rachel because quite simply, she did not put a foot wrong. She kept me up to date with developments as they happened and was always responsive to any questions I might throw at her. Her advice was always sound and she delivered exactly what I asked her to do within the timescale I had set out.
