My mum spent 100 here for her blonde hair colouring. End result was grey and dull and her hair looked like it needed doing AGAIN!!
Went for a review and agreed to put a few blonde highlights in as it looked poor but REFUSED TO BLOW DRY IT AS WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE MORE!!!
Sent my mother out on a cold and wet day with WET HAIR!!
