I was a complete beginner when I started attending Penny's yoga classes 4 months ago, so was very worried about how I would cope with the yoga exercises but classes are designed for each person to progress at their own level and pace so this was not a problem foe me. Penny is an excellent yoga instructor and the classes are very relaxed, fun and friendly. I really look forward to class every Wednesday because it helps reduce my stress levels and I always sleep so well following the class.
