        Second time to use this firm because the first time was a great service Im disabled and use a stick and was told by the call handler that they dont run a care in the community service , disgusting when Im paying for the service . I was told that the driver would not open my flat door and walk me to the car Well never again Very disssapointed and Saddened by such lack of empathy the other guy was great sorry mate I couldnt use you and would seriously look at another firm that cares about there customers
