Found this chap online and was fairly priced. Unfortunately you get what you pay for. Jeremy failed to identify penetrating damp on the first floor of the rear extension of the property. I only discovered it in the winter after already renovating. Had he adequately pointed this out it would have been an easy fix but thanks to his negligence I will have to rerenovate the whole area. When I contacted the company following their complaints handling process they ignored me for months until telling me that I should have hired a damp specialist. Furthermore they are not registered with a group or governing body like RICS so my only recourse now is hiring a solicitor to sue for negligence. Dont use Rees Thomas. Pay an extra few and get someone reputable

Beware of this person if you are going to give him credit for supplies, as you will be messed around for payment and will then have to go to court to get your money! Avoid......

i had some issues with a bad landlord who was ignoring the condition of her property . Rees Thomas Did An Amazing work and honest report .. very effective work .. the next day , all was ready .. i have also receive the report via the post .very handy to be honest ..
