AVOID at all costs!!! Wish I had listened to the reviews and done my research before. My wife ordered a sofa 8 months ago and is yet to receive it. I know SO many people who have been conned by this pig! She is VILE, has a criminal record and is on the verge of bankruptcy. DO NOT buy from this woman you will not receive your sofa.

Partner bought a sofa from TPS last month, fabulous service by Heidi at the llanstriant showroom, the sofa arrived 29 days later, delivery was spot on. Definitely no issues with TPS :) will definitely buy again

Don't not use this company we bought a corner settee of theses paid in full. On delivery it was not the settee we ordered to make it worse the settee they left us with on a promise that our settee would come the following day. Then we was told that it was the right settee even though we had the receipt that showed it was not ours not only that underneath the settee it has a date when the settee was made all 3 parts had different dates and spreading out over 9 mounth 2 parts made before we ordered the settee this has now been going over 6 mounth and nothing off This is now going to be a case for small courts The owner will not give us a refund or sort out settee out

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! Suzanne (the Director) and Alex are by far the rudest, most unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with! After spending nearly 5000, they sent the wrong table and 3 weeks late (fine, mistakes happen... BUT,) Currently still owed nearly 1000 back! Both Suzanne and Alex have continuously been nothing but rude, passed the buck to each other and hung up the phone like children. I have now been left with no choice but to take this matter to Trading Standards and Small Claims Court.
