        do Not pay any money upfront, used Callum before with no problems, but this time we paid half the cost upfront as we did before, however after paying 650 upfront we have had 4 dates for fitting and he hasn't turned up for one of them, he now refuses to answer the phone to us and despite several requests for refund no contact other than texts to see he will call back later that day but never does, no option now I will have to begin court proceedings
