        Excellent service, phoned them thursday afternoon stating I may need there services for a drains report they provisionally booked me an appointment the following day, turns out I need need them, they came the following morning and rushed the report through for me! They send it via email and even hand delivered it to my mortgage company!! Absolutely fantastic company. I would highly recommend them!!

        Had a blocked drain - I rang Lanes for Drains they provided me with some free friendly advice. I then spoke to their competitors but they didn't seem to be as professional as Lanes so I rang Lanes back. An engineer came out the same day and sorted out the problem. Great job - quick response! Fantastic!
