We recently had the pleasure of having Mark Lewis as our Mortgage Broker and he has made the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We were recommended him by our Estate Agents when our offer was accepted on a house and at every step of the way Mark has been prompt, thorough and a pleasure to work with. He regularly scheduled Zoom calls with us so we could speak face to face and so he could explain in more details what our options were. He would also provide us with regular updates via emails if circumstances had changed so we were aware asap. He also went through available insurance for us, taking the necessary details and submitting the request for these on our behalf. His knowledge and experience during this was very apparent and we can't thank him enough for explaining it to us in depth. Thank you Mark! Adept were amazing and helped us with not just with getting the best mortgage deal, but also insurances cover too. Mark was really friendly and helpful and it felt like nothing was too much trouble. I would use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great advice and options from Andrew on our mortgage in 2021 and this year when it came to remortgage. Andrew asked good questions to get a good understanding of what we needed, then presented us with a good number of options and carefully explained what each entailed and why we might choose one over another. Brilliant! Fantastic service, and going above and beyond are probably the things that come to mind when reflecting on my experience, being helped by Mark, to finance my property. Throughout the process Mark helped to provide us with detailed thorough research, in depth explanations and helpful guidance which made navigating what might have been a difficult and convoluted process into something that was concise and stress free.
