I would like to thank all the staff at Peter Alan Talbot Green for all their support and help during the process of buying my new house. I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars for friendliness, approachability, promptness in replying to any of my queries and liaising with the buyer, attention to detail etc etc - the list goes on! As 1st time buyers myself and my partner were really pleased with the level of service and care we received. Sofie was always on hand if we had questions and really helped us understand what we were looking for, although we didn't end up buying through Peter Alan (ee wish it did work out that way) we'd return if we ever needed to as they took all the stress away.

All staff at Peter Alan, Talbot Green have been professional, offered a friendly service and have been extremely efficient keeping us up to date through the whole process, particularly when it came to briefing us on the days viewings. A member of staff I spoke to frequently and found very accommodating, polite and professional was Sofie. She was able to answer many of my questions but was honest enough to say when she wasnt sure but found the answer and relayed it to me very quickly! I also dealt with agents, Jordan and Joanne and would like to thank them both for all their help and advice. Highly recommend using this agent!
