        had an awful memory foam mattress (not from Dreams) which was causing me back and knee issues and came the end of my tether with it causing me issues and wanted to replace it quickly. Went to Dreams in Llantrisant, served by Jo, bought a firm pocket sprung mattress at a great price. Easy and happy process. Had a nice chat in the shop without feeling pushed into anything, just good advice and help. Delivery within two weeks, the delivery men were really polite, checked the route, put foot covers on, and brought mattress in and upstairs. Delivery time was communicated. Couldn't have been an easier purchase and delivery. Thank you. I've just moved house and not every purchase/ work done has been this easy!

        Very Very good customer service Very helpful had a coffee, gave us pillows to test the mattresses we were looking for,done the sleep test to what mattresses suited us,will definitely recommend dreams in Llantrisant...cheers ian saye.
