        A half day job took 3 days: during this time there was zero communication. Whenever I phoned them they said they didn't have the time: despite the fact that I had booked the repair a week in advance. No reasons were given for me being pushed to the back of the queue and no apologies given. Update - water pump continued to leak after 350 repair. Had to take it to a reliable local mechanic who confirmed that they had not got to the root of the problem and had to spend another 370 for it to be finally fixed. Absolutely rubbish. Avoid.

        Recently my car had been making some odd noises when starting in the morning and trying to put into gear. Finally, it would not start at all. Dashboard message saying to depress clutch even though it was fully pressed. I rang K&J on a Wednesday and explained the problem, they were happy to carry out the repair and would be able to do it on the following Monday. They replaced the clutch, thrust bearing, and DMF flywheel using a kit. Clutch had completely broken on my BMW 116D which was not a surprise as it has done 135,000 miles. All work was carried out on time and the car was returned to me ready to go and cleaned!! It now changes gear smoothly and drives like new. Thanks very much K&J Motors for the great service.
