AVOID, AVOID AVOID at all costs overpriced and exceptionally rude As with most reviews on here are about the attitude of the receptionist Angharad. An absolute vile woman with Zero customer service understanding. Blames the customer for everything and consistently talks over you in a very rude and condescending manner. when asked if I would like to complain to the manager I said yes and I spoke to a portly fellow with a red face who immediately became defensive and tried to be intimidating and backed his receptionist with the same attitude. Shocking attitude and shocking customer service I will Avoid this garage at all costs and recommend anyone thinking of using to think again and go elsewhere. After i complained to the manager I was told to take my car and F#%k off and called a W*nker. Very well done Town garage great way to treat any customer. Any reviews on here praising the receptionist are clearly form family or friends and not genuine customers.
