        Waited in all day for a tracked parcel today only to see that at 15.11 today it was returned back to Cardiff Facility . I suppose the fact that Wales was playing rugby today was just a coincidence or did the delivery man run out of time because he watched the match !!! Evri and DPD and other delivery companies much more reliable. No wonder Rotal Mail is in trouble

        Very disappointed had to pay over 40 for a parcel sent from the US only for ot to be delivered to the wrong address As of writting this has not been able to retrieve my parcel But this is not uncommon as the post man often delivers things to the wrong address around here my husband and I have had to either chase down the post man or try to figure out were our mail has been sent
