We had such a great experience with the Tap End - once we sent inspiration pictures and measurements, I heard back the next business day, and by some luck they had time for us to visit the next Saturday. Jo was our designer and the layout she came up with was something we hadn't thought could work, and all the main design elements I was looking for were incorporated into a really beautiful design. When we met with her in the store we were able to see samples of the products which helped with imagining how it would look and we made practically no changes to the design as it fitted what we wanted so well. When it came to fitting, we used a Tap End affiliated fitter - we were blown away by Sam's work, he really cared about the end result and did a meticulous job. We're so pleased with our bathroom!

We have had two bathrooms designed by The Tap End and we cant sing their praises enough. We first had our master en-suite done which is a tricky shape due to a sloping ceiling, but Daniella cleverly re-designed the layout of the room to incorporate the ceiling into the design, rather than try to design around it, as other suppliers that we visited did. We knew that when we came to updating our family bathroom we would 100% use The Tap End again. We have been so impressed with the quality and finishes of their products and the service that you receive from initial meeting, through the design process, fitting process and aftercare is second to none. Being able to visualise the design through mood boards and CAD drawings really helped us achieve exactly what we wanted for both bathrooms, and Daniella was extremely helpful and patient when we asked to see different tile options etc on the designs. We would highly recommend choosing The Tap End if you are planning to change/update your bathrooms - we only wish they could redesign our whole house! Services: Remodeling, Paint indoors

A stunning transformation designed by Joanna at Tap End for our odd shaped en-suite. The attention to detail and her vision on taking us away from just a standard refit to a luxury bathroom was amazing. From start to finish they managed the whole process from the mood board and CAD designs at the start to suggestions on colours and what fixtures and fitting would look best. Working with Joanna and the ladies was a pleasure and also for their fitter Mark who did an incredible job of making the plans coming to life. His workmanship was of the highest standard, also his attention to the smallest detail of the design and his tidiness throughout the rip out and refit made this a stress free project. Would highly recommend Tap End for their very high quality workmanship and professional approach. Service: Remodeling
