Frustrating company. No feedback. No idea how my LG is progressing. Dont answer phones EVER. Door is constantly locked and nobody answers. So cant get into the club/ training half the time and have to stand in the rain for over 30 mins until someone can be bothered to open the door. Emails can be blunt and come across rude. Its a shame because my LG loves it here and its far better than RSD. But its becoming increasingly frustrating trying to get hold of ANYONE, or even getting my LG into the building to train!!

The feedback is lacking after class so no idea what theyre actually getting up to. Booking is a faff using a third party app which makes it quite difficult and cumbersome. Despite my child having been signed up for well over a year the staff still dont know who she is every week she comes so begs the question of how involved and engaged they are with the children Update- No longer going - staff continue to show little engagement with my child who complains about being bored when she is there. Says she gets 3 turns of doing activities in the 50 minute slot so not seeing any value. Communication continues to be very poor with no obvious way to contact the company/staff

Do not recommend this place No progress update, Don't even answer the phones, hardly no reply to emails not much communication didn't even mention they were having a two week break back in December until someone said and ended up emailing them to ask. If I didn't email them to ask I would of turned up. Don't even know what my child have learnt there.
