I had an emergency dentist appointment here today . Im quite nervous of dentists but from start to finish I was but at ease and to be pain free a bonus .pity they arent taking on people as Id love to go back Thank you great service

After an unexpected call to the Emergency dental line I was put in the direction of this Dental Practice. Having a phobia to dentists I really wasnt looking forward to it, which I shouldnt have worried about because they were very thorough and did a great job. Wi be looking to change dentists after this experience Thank you

If you fancy 7 injections per filling, spending half the day in the dentists chair and with a welcome dollop of bad attitude and total indifference this is the place for you. avoid.

If you're looking for a dentist or are currently registered with this dental practice I would very strongly recommend that you go elsewhere. The response I received from them when trying to make an appointment for my disabled mother was absolutely shocking. The attitude of the receptionist was downright rude and when I tried to appeal to Mr Newlands personally it was quite clear that he does not care that someone is disabled and has a lack of mobility. My mother has been registered with this dentist for almost 30 years but this does not count towards any loyalty being shown to her and has just been tossed away like an unwanted pet after Christmas. I hope nobody has to endure the experience and attitude shown by this Mickey mouse dental practice that WE have. I will be informing everyone locally about them and to find a new practice that doesn't see you as just a number but a human being.
