I've just bought my new bike from Stuart and the team at Ride Bikes Wales and can't thank them enough for the advice, help and patience they showed during the purchase process. Being mid-way between frame sizes there was a bit of toing and froing between bike sizes but the end result is a shiny new bike that fits and rides perfectly! Their customer service is FIRST CLASS - nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend them. Thanks.

Awesome customer service went in to have a look as the only bike shop with a 5 star rating and deserves a 10 and the staff were brilliant especially Charlie who sold me a bike picked up today and was so impressed and satisfied all round
