Shaun at Welsh Slate House Signs went above and beyond to make sure my order got to me following a hitch with the courier company. Received my order and really impressed with the quality of workmanship but more so in the good old fashioned customer service. Cannot recommend more highly. Fantastic !!!

Very pleased with the excellent quality of our new sign from Welsh Slate House Signs. Design and ordering process was easy to follow and allows you to play around with and visualise various font/sizes etc before finalising you order. Would recommend this company.

DO NOT USE. Placed an order online to be delivered for a birthday gift in advance, was told would arrive in plenty of time. Date came and went and with plenty of phone calls to them (they never answered at any time of day) finally replied to several emails we sent. Comments from Shaun were "Your item has been despatched here is your tracking number" no apology and no other customer service comments. I then challenged for an explanation about why they had not apologised or why it was very late being despatched and was told they did not know what else to do for me!! Customer service goes a long way and all we were after was an apology and explanation about why they had not fulfilled the order in the time given. If I could leave no stars on this review I would. Do not deserve the business in my opinion hence leaving the poor feed back.
