        If I could leave less than 1 star I would ! Man who answers the phone and books in has the worst attitude: doesn't listen, acts bored and condescending and is so arrogant and spiteful he believes any polite query or intelligent communication is an affront to his man hood ! Called alternative company today who delivered within 2 hours and I was treated like a human being by the lovely office staff and cheerful delivery man with zero issues at all about my access to the oil tank. Job done and everyone happy. Pity that can't be said for the miserable jobsworth at Abergavenny Fuels.

        I've been buying my heating oil from here for many years now and you won't find a better supplier. Always deliver on time , very competitive prices even in these difficult times .
