Mandala Yoga Ashram offers wonderful opportunities to experience authentic Yoga teachings and practices - either online or visiting the very special Ashram set in beautiful countryside. It is quite unique within Europe and I feel very fortunate to have had a connection with the heartfelt teachings, since the online courses began the first summer of covid. It is somewhere I have hoped to visit for many years, and so am very grateful such an opportunity arose. An interesting, wide variety of courses and classes are available, including online Satsangs and a 'Sangha Community' - something for everyone! Highly recommended!

Mandala has been my Spiritual home for many year. I dont visit much now as the journey is lengthy and I am getting on but it will always be in my heart, both the place and the lovely people who live there. Namaste
