JB Mountain Skills, Rock Climbing and Mountaineering

i have done two courses with Jez, the first was the Advanced Scrambling course which i can highly recommend, and the mountain leader course which i also highly recommend as well, this means my review is based on 8 days with JB mountain skills. i really liked Jez' teaching style, he obviously loves what he does and it shows in the quality of his teaching.

Jez is a brilliant instructor and I had a brilliant weekend learning how to trad climb. Took us to brilliant locations for beginners where I will be going back to. He was professional and calm which helped when it was my first time climbing outside. I would highly recommend and would use his services again if needed.

Excellent weekend away learning new skills and building on existing experience. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to hone their skills from beginner to seasoned veteran.

Jez is an outstanding mountaineering/climbing instructor. He taught and assessed me on my ML and was both knowledgeable and relaxed - which meant you were able to get the most out of his instruction in a calm and effective way. I will be using Jez again later this year for some advanced scrambling instruction. Highly recommended.
