We were not local to the area as we were on holiday and had a severely dehydrated who needed at least looking over and in the end we rang the vet in Pwllheli and we're offered an appointment within an hour. They were fantastic and gave us all the medication needed after first ringing our own vet and getting all medical records emailed over. We had to have blood tests taken from The Dog and the results were back in 40 minutes so we waited and they even did further blood test calling us back within an hour to confirm those results too. Steph the vet was better than brilliant and was really understanding of our predicament timeframes and gave a first class service. I have read other reviews and to be honest I don't think they're fair because even as an emergency patient with all the blood tests and three lots of medication the bill was around 250 mostly I suspect because it was not out of hours but it was certainly out of the norm but we were expecting double. 100% 5

We were on holiday and needed a vet quickly. The lady vet Malan was very knowledgeable and extremely caring. With her help our pet dog Gracie came through a life and death experience. All praise to these super hero's.
