Had a great stay with Beeline! The lodge I was originally meant to stay in was sadly sold due to no fault of the team! but Beeline were quick to put the situation right and upgraded me to another great lodge as well as a lovely bottle of spirits for our arrival! Will definitely book again :)

Shocking customer service. First booking was told Numerous stories and had change arrival date the day before. Gave benefit of the doubt and booked for special occasion for august. Was advised after a month booking the plot had been sold. They had the plot up for sale at time of booking but never mentioned. Multiple stories told again that situation would be rectified. Many unprofessional messages received. But nothing actually done. Would never use again!

Booked with beeline for may half term, very impressed, staff lovely and the cleanliness of the caravan was immaculate! I think they do caravan cleaning as a side business, you can absolutely tell, Never have I felt at ease in a caravan as I have in the one we stopped in, not one cobweb or dust on anything or anywhere! Would definitely recommend and book with these again!
