        I was overwhelmed with the service I received last week whilst on holiday from Mark at the minor injuries dept. Mark mentioned he had only been in his new role a couple of months and I have to say I have never met such a gentleman who not only helped me medically but also whilst waiting for a prescriber (who was also a fabulous guy ) to phone back gave me suggestions on where to take my ill mum whilst on holiday making memories ! You are a credit to your team at NHS ! Its people like you in the world that makes a difference. Thank you so much for my care making me feel calm and taking the time write down the places to visit it meant more than you will ever know.
