        Booked this cottage with a large group of friends, one week before the arrival date, we had a death in the family, we requested to change the date, it took the owner 5 days to get back to us with a NO. We then requested several number of different dates over the year, which were available according to SkyCottages , not even asking for a refund, but the owner still came up with a NO, we attempted few more times but their answer was still the same, they were not willing to understand the situation and we lost over 2000. Very disappointed in how we were treated.
