Fantastic place to get away! The fishing was great the lake is stunning and the owner Andrew is very accommodating. Beautiful large cottage 20 seconds from the lake and a very relaxing jetty to sit on at night! You won't be disappointed here. The cottage itself is spacious and very new. The kitchen has everything you need ,very modern too. Beds were great and shower was amazing! The perfect escape. Try it, it wond disappoint

We stayed in Bwthyn Gwyn, a detached 2 bedroom cottage. It was a lovely cottage in Central Anglesey, giving perfect access to all the surrounding areas, with lovely towns and beaches only a short drive away. The owners are friendly and helpful and on site to help with any issues. Their dog was a particular hit with my daughters - she is very friendly and very cute! The cottage was very clean and had everything you needed for the perfect stay. The WiFi/phone signal isn't great, which was a little annoying - it comes and goes and a lot of the time didn't work at all - but that is to be expected in the countryside I suppose. Maybe a booster would help? My only real complaint (and it is only a small one) was the boiler in our house wasn't working properly fir the whole 9 days we were there and resulted in the house feeling a little damp (to be expected a little in a cottage) the boiler needed to be reset constantly, resulting in often having no hot water/ heating. The owner did try to sort this whilst we were there, but through no fault of their own, the problem persisted - they did try to fix it though - The holiday would have been a much better one if this issue had been resolved before we arrived. It's not great having to constantly reset the boiler several times in a row - old houses need heating and it's not nice having cold showers! Hence the 3 star rating - i woukd have given it 5 stars if the boiler and WiFi had worked. We still had an amazing time in Anglesey and we were very lucky with the weather too!
