        I bought a second hand washing machine and it was faulty. I came in and told Mr Price within 3 months and was told I would get a refund - now they are saying I wont get my money back despite saying otherwise. They have now lost a loyal local and regular customer - hence having to leave bad review here. Disappointed and feel ripped off. Havent got time to argue with them - and will shop elsewhere from now on and recommend others do the same

        Absolutely marvellous very helpful staff and we regularly use the shop, bought a washing machine one afternoon and it got delivered and plumbed in the following morning.
