They called me on the number they said they could not contact me on to arrange for me to sign the will on my doorstep, which I did. I was handed an invoice for 180 which I paid without delay.
Almost 2 months pass and I have nothing, no contact. I chase it up again, another week passes, nothing, no contact so I call and there is no apology - just excuses.
I've edited this review because I received a call back on the same day and I have since collected my will. My 'customer journey' has been awful however the delivered product is exceptional.
