I had just purchased a ticket costing 9 on one of their coaches when I had to get off the bus again before it drove off because I received a phone call to say my father had just died. They refused to refund me my money. I never used the ticket and i had just recieved crushing news and they did that. They are disgusting, dishonest and I will never use them again.

Form your own opinion when travelling with celtic coaches llanidloes powys. I cancelled when I heard about the Llandudno trip last year at the st kilda hotel. I was there all guest ready in lounge ready to go but wouldnt leave before 13.00hrs as the feeder buses were busy taking the school children home in.powys area They eventually got home late in Aberystwyth at 9pm. Used them today for a return journey from Shrewsbury to Buttington. On time. Friendly driver. Excellent service
