So refreshing to have a company who is professional from the beginning of the job right through to the end. Jack who came out and gave us a quote was so knowledgeable and talked me through what the job would entail. Then over to Kev and Ben who completed the work. I had repair work done to leaking pipes and a new boiler fitted where they had to put in new pipes under the floor boards, update the wiring and thermostat's on all the radiator's. They hit may problems as previous work had been bodged unbeknown to us ! Nothing was too much trouble though, they were professional, courteous , tidy in their work and cleaned up after themselves each night, leaving nothing behind for me to get rid of. If I had any questions they knew the answers, and I had complete confidence in their standard of work which again was of a very high standard. Rung them to arrange for someone to help us switch on our boiler in a property wed bought and to have a boiler service. Said theyd ring us back. Rung a few days later said they didnt have anything. Theyd ring when they could find a slot. Not heard since, thats over 6 weeks ago. Absolutely terrible. Luckily someone put us in touch with J Kneale who helped us out straight away to get boiler up & running and serviced boiler within a couple of days.
