My first visit here as we were staying in a holiday let nearby. A true local farm shop - local meat, cheese, eggs milk and veg etc from local farms. So good to see local support for local farmers Plenty of parking.

Staff are good but awful management. The butchers is no longer there and theyre running down stock so looks like itll close altogether soon. The door is really difficult to get into - if youre elderly or disabled its next to impossible to get in or out.

Mrs Hootons frozen curries are delicious. All the fresh meats are excellent quality

No butchers or cafe anymore, merely an expensive delicatessen with a few home grown vegetables. The door to the shop is impossible to get into! Used to be great but not worth the visit anymore.
