Excellent service from Elite Cars. Carl was fantastic to deal with. Really knowledgeable about the car I wanted and didnt pressure or rush us while we were there. I part exchanged my car and Carl dealt with everything. The process was quick and stress free. I highly recommend this dealership. Loving my new car.

I should have known !!! More fool me i should have know from the go something was up with the car by the shifty nature of Chris the salesman. The car in general was valeted and and in general was in great condition, alloys had been newly refurbed, passenger door was broken but chris arranged for this to be repaired 5 stars so far. Several times i was assured the car had been looked at and was in perfect running condition as i had asked a few times is anything up with the car by phone and email. Chris was insistent that the car be delivered nigh on 2 weeks late that is. A full tank was given and extended warranty issued GREAT RIGHT ! Still 5 stars. On delivery...... First off they had removed the parcel shelf , carmats and puncture repair kit, its been 6 months now and still waiting on the postman to deliver after several emails and the last being ignored. The biggest issue is the exhaust fumes that come pouring into the car from the set go, phoned and emailed chris he replied use your warranty, problem is the warranty issued nobody would accept and has now had to go into range rover who also dont accept the warranty company, its now having full diagnostics already costing a fortune just to get it on the ramp, and say it should have never passed the MOT and i should file a report. I have had the car 6 months and havnt been able to drive hardly due to the fumes that pour into the cab whilst driving and even in idle its unbearable. Not what youd expect from a 12k plus purchase. Very dissapointed and do not recomend upto now. Hoping this will be responded too asap.
