Lovely little shop very friendly and helpful staff

Went in to get some veg on a Wednesday morning and was instantly met with attitude from an individual called Melanie. The attitude on her was uncalled for and unprovoked all i did was ask if she was able to pass me some PG tips teabags due to the delivery cage being in the way and she just looked at me and sighed like it was to much work for the hippo to get them for me. I'm sorry but if you don't want to help a customer then don't work in a job that involves customer service.
