        I rang to have an outside light replaced. I was given a date and time that suited me. The engineer arrived on time. My father who is 87 and wanted to discuss the light placement. The engineer was outstanding very caring and my father was left feeling as if he had been listened to. The work was carried out without any fuss and all mess cleared away. Completed within the Covid rules wearing masks etc. Exceptional customer service. Service: Light fixture installation
