Hope Rescue do an amazing job rescuing animals, mainly dogs, looking after them and finding them new homes. They are kept in excellent conditions and exercised regularly. If you are looking for a pet or just want to contribute, it is well wortha

A great rescue centre full of lovely people that help a lot of stray dogs. They do a lot of good for dogs in South Wales at a huge cost, so please do consider donating. Also check their website for great merch and there are plenty of dogs to adopt. Apply via the website.

Very disappointed and absolutely disgusted with the service. We tried to adopt twice , after convincing us that we have a great home for a dog we havent been informed about any progress of adoption. We had to chase for any information, our emails have been ignored and on the end we got some vague answer as why we didnt get the dog. Second time after we received an email asking us to choose another dog (which we did) we phoned on weekly basis as the process was very long and excuses was : firstly they were still receiving applications, then they were waiting to start going through them, next they were going through, and then after ringing for an up-tenth time we have just been told that we wasnt successful without real explanation as it was so many applications . Totally unacceptable, wasting our time and getting our hope up after we lost our dog to cancer and we were desperate for a new family member. We were convinced after so many phone conversations with the staff that we will get the dog. Absolutely heartbreaking
