Amazing! We have stayed at Ty Log for the past 2 years and it is wonderful! The most fantastic 5* accommodation, in peaceful surroundings. It is the cleanest place we have ever stayed and has everything you will need. Comfy beds, black out blinds, every kitchen item / appliance - the place is perfect. The hosts Clare and David are friendly and welcoming, with great suggestions of local places to visit and eat. There is lots of wildlife to see, swallows, swifts, bats, birds of prey and bats. Ty Log is close to some beautiful beaches. One, Llansteffan is 10 mins away in the car which even has its own castle and lovely coastal and beach walks. I would not hesitate in booking Ty Log.

It was so nice to reach our holiday destination at Ty Log to find a five star spotlessly clean, well equipped holiday lodge in beautiful serene countryside surroundings. We were warmly greeted by David and the beautiful Mick a magnificent German Shepherd. We were later greeted by Clare who was also so approachable and knowledgeable of the wider area. Although our lodge was situated as part of their property and also shared with another is was so private not overlooked at all and Clare and David were so discreet throughout our stay. It was reassuring to know that they were on hand if needed. The area around about was so natural with lots of places to visit and enjoy within easy distances it was suitable for walkers, cyclists and less mobile like ourselves in our seventies. It was a real retreat from the fast Lane and its trappings we enjoyed the slower pace. One of favourite past times was observing the acrobatics of the bats of an evening and admiring the features of the lodge which Clare and David had amazingly built themselves. Our recommended places to visit were Llansteffan, Laugharne, Wisemans Bridge and Saundersfoot, we enjoyed several visits to these places appreciating their snacks and local specialities such as fish and chips overlooking the beach, Welsh pasties and delicious cakes. We are still thinking and talking about our stay there thank you to Clare and David.
