Our car's engine cut out on our way to Wales for our holiday. They did a code reading for us for no charge and managed to fit us in with very short notice. Brilliant service!

After looking at the good reviews I booked one of our vans in for an MOT and a service. Great. All booked in for two weeks time. I changed my work availability to take the entire day off. I asked if there was time during the service if they could check the reversing lights as they were not working. Dropped the van off the night before. Arranged a lift home etc. Van keys left in an envelope at their premises. Got a lift back to pick my van up at the end of the working day. "Oh, I've done the diagnostics for the reversing lights. Can't find what's wrong with them" "You've done the service and MOT though? That's what I booked it in for" "No sorry, I've been busy" Then began the search for the van keys. Eventually found and returned to me still in the sealed envelope. Can a diagnostic computer be used on a van from outside? The van hadn't moved from where I had left it nor had it been opened. A day's work lost for me. Thought I'd try them out as we run 6 vehicles and wanted to take them somewhere local for all of our maintenance. What an unorganised, diabolical mess of a place. Would never trust them again. Such a shame!

Absolutely amazing !! so kind, I had an issue with my coolant and they sorted it out in minutes, reassured me and even did it for free. Would definitely recommend and come again. Thankyou :)
