Thank you very much Daniel Renno for costing me 3 and a half hours of my Saturday trying to track down a parcel that you couldn't be bothered to deliver as it was probably to late for you and you returned to the depot without even attempting the delivery. Your deliberate and selfish actions around this time will most definitely lead to Christmas being ruined for a number of people. @dpd your customer service is non existent no customer collection, shoddy drivers, still using COVID as a convenient excuse. I was lucky yesterday as there were a couple of real people at your depot willing to help me despite you having nothing in place to help customers, but I still didn't get my parcel as it was locked away

What an awesome experience to see how the whole warehouse works. I was fortunate enough to assist a local Swansea delivery driver who showed me the ins and outs of the delivery process. Hats off to the DPD team that makes it all happen.

If it was possible to give ZERO I would. So many times now DPD have let us down. Waiting in all day for a parcel to be told it wont be delivered today but that information is only given when I chase it. WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER.
