Staff at the reception really nice and welcoming. We didn't have swim wear but he advised us where to get it from. Only used sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool. Sometimes gets a bit crowded. Never used others, wanted to use massage but a bit pricey.

Really gone down hill my daughter paid 89 each for me and her sister for a spa deal for mothers day being a diabetic I was looking forward to the pedicure. Only cut the nails cuticles asked if I wanted nail vanish that's it last time I went it was dead skin removal foot bath the works very disappointed the jacuzzi was out of order we weren't informed of that so we had a steam room and swimming pool and dreadful pedicure the lunch was amazing but not much choice so disappointed when it was time to leave I decided to buy them afternoon tea and scone two tiny scones I small Welsh cake 10. Each won't be going again its a shame it was my favorite years ago. No wonder it was nearly empty we saw less than 10 people in 7 hours in there by the pool. Sorry to say I am only giving 2 stars for the lunch
