This company takes your payment but does not send the products. I paid for 2 wallets which did not arrive. My order showed as failed on their website. I contacted them for a refund and they said that I had to provide "proof of payment" like a screenshot of the payment from my bank account. I provided it and then silence, no more responses to any of the further emails I sent, they do not answer the phone when called. I even sent a recorded delivery letter to their address which was signed for and they still did not respond. I have reported them to Action fraud. DO NOT buy from this company unless you want to risk being in the same position as me having no goods and no refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I've order a gist last May and since been chasing the order! It was for a little boy's birthday which didn't arrive. Not only do they not refund, they just didn't respond to any of my emails nor bother to let me know they can't send this! My order number is 6790/080516/47.

Shocking Service, Avoid at all costs Ordered a personalised gift, first off there was problems with payment which I resolved myself, I then did not receive my order. I contacted them several times to no reply (website states 24hour response) tried calling to a number I was charged for to no answer. They responded fast enough to talk about payment but when I wanted to ask about my order there's was zero response. I eventually got a response saying sorry there was problems with payment with my order and I would get a refund. Just poor service. Gutted as well because it was to be a great little Xmas gift. Stay away from these dodgy people and use find me a gift or something else.
