        Our hot tub panel failed the day before guests were due to arrive. James responded to my message immediately and installed the new panel the following morning. Absolutely first class service!

        Initially I rang and asked if they could assist with moving a hot tub and a service(Hot Tub not brought from them) they were happy to assist and asked for video and photos which was sent. I then contacted them asking for a price, which they responded saying they will by COB, and apologised for delay because they were busy, which you can appreciate this time of year, however, after waiting and waiting for them to give a price Ive found it elsewhere. Im sure there sales team are great, but in this instance Ive found them quite poor and promising the world but actually get nothing. Shame business is business.
