Absolutely shockingly bad service and business, don't believe a word of fake friendliness from the business. It may have been trouble off my plate with disposing of the car and getting rid of the issue of staying in Wales to do so when I had to be off to England, however, I received no money for the scrapping of my car even though I was told and promised that the way I would receive payment is by bank account details over phone. Perhaps worse the documentation of selling the car for scrap requires a signature from the receiver of the car, as such I left everything filled in except for a signature from the dealer for the slip alongside a means to send the slip off with the keys all of which this dealer said was fine and he'd be capable of doing this all. A month from now and multiple promises to make the payment have been delayed and essentially not followed through and the slip was left unsorted and unmentioned to us despite the fact he'd have seen it along with the note which we have photos of right next to the keys. Absolutely terrible dealer, don't come to or make use of this scrap dealership even if you have to get it sorted occupying yourself elsewhere in the country. Would've been much more worth my time to get a day train back and drive to another dealer. By all means avoid this place and find anywhere else to sell your car.
