Steph has created and holds an incredible space at Bodlondeb. The variety of sessions, the time and space to breathe and reflect, within a safe and supportive environment. Plus stomping good walks, sunrise dips and building fires & making s'mores on top of the mountain in a wild storm ... all life affirming, invigorating and energising stuff!

I had such a lovely weekend at Bodlondeb. It's was the perfect mixture of workshopping, getting back to nature and meeting amazing people. Can't wait to come back soon!

I recently attended the weekend retreat with Barbara Houseman at Bodlondeb. Barbara is such an incredible teacher and coach, she truly gets the best out of everyone and knows how to create a safe, nurturing and playful environment. The location is absolutely stunning! The dormitory rooms are very clean and well thought out with a great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend staying at Bodlondeb and if you're looking to find your true voice Barbara is the one!

Let me start by saying that Im already trying to work out when I can return. Steph holds such a beautiful space. You feel safe to be whoever you want to be, because what is true now? I find myself having a giggle at old habits. Swimming, hiking, moving, breathing, playing. Literally, what more do you want? Some likeminded beautiful strangers to share it with? Fab, because theyll be there too. Cooking dinner, boiling the kettle, wiping tears, sharing stories, star gazing. Just go. Work out the why later.

Iv just spent the weekend at Bodlandeb studio & retreat with Barbara Houseman and I didnt want it to end! Firstly the retreat and setting is just beautiful, with everything you need catered for. Barbara Houseman was captivating and made us all feel really comfortable and safe to be vulnerable and to let go fully whilst working. She takes time to discover our individual needs and ensure we all work on anything we may be struggling with in work or life. Im already looking forward to going back and I didnt want the weekend to end
